Week 1: Little Medical School® Healthcare Hero Summer Camp

Time to scrub in! Kids will explore the roles of a pediatrician, nurse, and use real tools while practicing on their very own cute baby plushie patient. During camp, kids will learn how to care for babies, take vitals, and more while wearing our own white coats

- 🩸 Learning about blood and using blood pressure cuffs
- 🦴 How to cast broken bones while getting messy using casting material
- 👶 How to do a physical exam on a baby
- 🍼 Creating our own Finnish baby box (time to get crafty)

Week 1: Wilderness Medicine School® Summer Camp

No time to panic when you’re out in the wild! Let’s learn how to handle emergency situations like a pro while having fun using real tools! Kids will explore the role of an emergency responder out in the wild, learn essential life skills like splinting broken legs and tying tourniquets, and create fun crafts to learn about the outdoors.

- 🐍Handle snake bites like a expert, calm, quick, and with zero panic!
- 🧊Beat hypothermia and frostbite before they beat you
- 🐾Cast real animal track models from the wild
- 💧Filter water to survive when the nearest vending machine is... very far

Week 2: Little Veterinarian School® Sea Turtle Summer Camp

marine biology and practice medical procedures on their plushie patient in this exciting
summer camp. Kids will learn about the ocean layers, predators, pollution, and more.

- 🗿Build models of marine animals and vet tools from scratch
- 🤝Team up to rescue, rehabilitate & "release" a sea turtle

From curious kid to confident little vet! Kids will explore the role of a veterinarian and use real tools while practicing on their dog plushie patient. During camp we will explore lacerations, nutrition, and more while wearing our own white coats!

- 🔬Perform a full physical exam on our dog (to make sure they’re growing nice and strong
- 🗿Use real tools to remove ticks from our sick dogs
- 🤝Team up to learn about dog digestion and act out the process
