Watch our video on YouTube to see the Santa's Workshop Experience in action:

As our guest, you'll first be greeted by Mrs. Claus before being escorted through the experience by one of our elves. It takes about 45 minutes to go through the experience starting with a walk through Mrs. Claus’s Bakery followed by a short animated video in our first theater. Next, you'll move to our second theater where you'll have a photo opportunity to pose as family around one of Santa’s first sleighs. It may even snow so don't forget your cameras. Please be quiet so you don’t wake up any of the elves as you take a look at one of the elves’ bedrooms. Then it’s off to see the reindeer. It's too warm for reindeer in South Florida except on Christmas Eve, but we have some cute artificial reindeer and a video feed from the North Pole of one of Santa’s helpers feeding real reindeer. Then it's off to our third set where you can see and touch our frozen North Pole and you can see some snowmen -- one may come to life! The elves may encourage everyone in your group to participate in a snowball battle. Don't worry, our snowballs are artificial and soft so no one will get hurt or wet.
Then off to the Workshop where you'll see the Elfinator, a 17 foot tall elf that keeps an eye on the elves and visitors at Santa’s Workshop. You'll also see some elves building or testing toys. Santa wants to make sure the toys will be fun and sturdy for children to play with so we try to test all of the toys. You'll see one of our elves deliver supplies to the workshop using Santa’s antique backyard train. You will see Santa's actual Wood Workshop and some of the wooden toys that were made there. Next is a walk through Santa’s office, where you'll see the hundreds of Christmas collectibles that Santa has acquired over the years. You will then get an opportunity to see a miniature village complete with working trains that the elves have made in their spare time. It is a smaller version than the giant one that the elves have been building at the North Pole for hundreds of years.
Finally, there is a visit with Santa in his living room where your family’s visit will be video taped and given to you on DVD.

Business Review
"Santa's Workshop is captivating!!! The vast number of detailed animated villages and characters are fascinating. Our 5 year old Granddaughter was so excited and loved everything, especially Santa and his sleigh. A great memorable experience for young and old. We are looking forward to visiting again this year." ~ Ron & Sharon Montgomery and Emily Mercer, Dublin, Ohio
