The Lyric’s AWESOME! Summer Camp offers 2 themed three-week sessions filled with music, dance, drama, and technical theater production. AWESOME Summer Camp staff use the performing arts as a medium to teach campers about teamwork, self-discipline, problem solving, tolerance, and kindness.
Don't want to be on stage? We've got an important role for you too! Join our Stage Crew and build props, scenery, and help run the show.
And just to round things out, we throw in some camp fun like arts and crafts, game show fun, movie days, and outdoor recreation.

Session 1 June 8–26, 2026: Why We Tell the Story: Honoring Our Past for the Future
This theme looks to the past to point the way for our future. We must first know where we came from to know where we are going. The campers will take the audience on a trip through different eras and decades using songs, dance, and scenes.
Session 2 July 6–24, 2026: Unplugged: Disconnecting to Connect
In this technological age, it is easy to lose touch. We need to make more time for talking and listening without electronic interruptions. Campers will experience the joy of what it means to disconnect and reconnect to one another.
Ages: Rising 1st–8th graders — grouped by ages
Hours: 9 AM–4 PM
Location: The Flager Place at 201 SW Flager Avenue, Stuart
Cost: $450/session | 10% family discount for 2 or more siblings
Registration Fee: $25 (fee waived for returning campers)
