St. Lucie County’s Community Swap Meet at the John B. Park Sports Complex returns Saturday, October 22, 2022 from 7:00 AM – 2:00 PM.
Admission to the swamp meet is free; however, the cost to set up a booth is $20 for those who pre-register. Those who don’t pre-register will be required to pay $30 on the day of the yard sale. To rent space, contact St. Lucie County’s Parks and Recreation staff at 772-462-2110.
The Community Yard Sale is scheduled from 7:00 AM to 2:00 PM on the following dates
- October 22nd
- November 19th
- December 17th
- January 28, 2023
- February 18th
- March 18th
Those wishing to rent a booth at the Community Swap Meet are reminded that no food items are allowed to be sold. Unwanted items are not to be left behind. All spaces must be cleared. If unwanted items are left behind, the cost of spots will increase. Yard sale booths must be set up on the day of the event. Additionally, all spots must be cleared by 2:00 PM. Payment to participate in the yard sale is cash only, unless a vendor prepays at the Parks office prior to the day of the yard sale.
The John B. Parks Sports Complex is located at 1302 Virginia Avenue in Fort Pierce.
