Oxbow Dives Into Water Issues with Riverlution Days, October 14th

The Oxbow Eco-Center invites local youth to join the River Revolution by taking part in Riverlution Days. Riverlution Days will be filled with hands-on activities and field trips to a variety of local ecosystems with the first event on Monday, October 14, 2019 from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM. Participants will discover the unique history and ecology of local waterways and how to protect them.

The Oxbow’s skilled education staff will lead fun, engaging indoor and outdoor experiences highlighting the Treasure Coast’s unique habitats. Riverlution Days will inspire local youth to be stewards of the environment and share their experiences with their community.

Designed for ages 10-14, Riverlution Days will take place October through March. Sessions will be held from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM on October 14th, January 6, 2020, February 17th, and March 23rd. These dates coincide with St. Lucie County Public Schools holidays. All private school, home school and public school students are welcome to take part. Pre-registration is required.
