St. Lucie Aquatics Start Online Swim Lesson Registration March 25th

With 21 miles of beaches, hundreds of creeks, canals and ponds – it’s extremely important that children know how to swim. St. Lucie County’s Parks and Recreation Department will begin taking online swim lesson registration on Monday, March 25, 2019 for the following levels: Parent/Child, Preschool 1, Level 1 and Adult. To register visit: www.stlucieco.gov/swimlessons.

In-person registration and swim testing for Ravenswood Pool will begin on Tuesday, March 26 and is available for any level offered. Starting Monday, March 11 at 9 a.m., residents may call 772-871-2183 on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays between 9 a.m. and noon to make an appointment to register in person.  In person registration will be held on Tuesday and Thursday evenings from 5 to 7 p.m. An appointment is required to register.

To register for swim lessons at Lincoln Park or Lakewood Park Pool locations please visit the pools during regular hours of operation, beginning Saturday, May 25th.

The cost for swim lessons are $65. However, scholarships and discounts are available to those that quality thanks to generous donations from the Children’s Services Council of St. Lucie County, WPSL Christmas Kids and Sunshine Laundry.

St. Lucie County operates three public pools: Lakewood Park Regional Pool, 5990 Emerson Ave., Fort Pierce; Lincoln Park Pool, 1211 Avenue M, Fort Pierce and Ravenswood Pool, 400 SW Ravenswood Lane, Port St. Lucie. The pools are primarily open from Memorial Day weekend to Labor Day.
