Join Main Street Fort Pierce as they host Friday Fest on Friday, November 1, 2019 from 5:30 PM to 9:00 PM.
Friday Fest, the longest running street party on the Treasure Coast, is a FREE community event that features live music, arts & crafts, children's activities, and local vendors. It also offers FREE parking in the parking garage. Organizers do ask that visitors not bring pets or coolers to the event.
The musical guest at Friday Fest in November is Flat Natural Band.
The Flat Natural band is best described as a country rock band, heavily influenced by country artists such as Merle Haggard and Fort Pierce native Gary Stewart. Lead vocalist Bruce Hunter is backed up by some of the area’s best musicians, including Bill Smith and Keith Whalen on electric guitars, Bassist Steve Hansen, Neil Santel on drums, and David Williams playing harmonica and backing up vocals. All members of the band are long time local residents, with many years of entertaining Treasure Coast listeners.
November Friday Fest includes MOBILITY WEEK. Mobility Week is Florida's annual collection of outreach events to promote transportation choices. Hop on the trolley and tour the Indian River Lagoon Treasure Coast Scenic Highway, ride an e-scooter or bike-share, or stroll the fabulous Marina Square during Friday Fest!
The Volunteer Group of the month is Family Meals, Inc.
Arts & crafts vendors will line up in front of the Indian River in Marina Square. Make sure you bring your appetite when you come to Friday Fest. The food variety includes Greek, Latin, BBQ ribs & chicken, seafood, Americana, and various snack items.
Admission is always FREE at Friday Fest and there is always plenty of food, music, and activities for all ages! Parking Garage is open and free for your parking convenience!
