I hope you all had a marvelous Labor Day Weekend! MacDad, MiniMac and I headed up to Ocala to see MacD's family and to check out the new digs of our college student daughter, now in her second year at the University of Florida. Though it seemed to pass too quickly, it was a lovely and relaxing visit and a great way to spend a long holiday weekend.

As long as the weather holds, we'll be hanging out with our friends at Main Street Fort Pierce at tonight's Friday Fest (Friday, 9/6). September is Latin Heritage Month so this evening's event is about celebrating all things Latin! In the event of inclement weather, the celebration will be rescheduled to next Friday (9/13).
Registration for the City of PSL's Parks & Recreation Deptartment's Junior Basketball begins on Saturday, September 7th at 8:00 AM. You can register online at www.cityofpsl.com/junior (beginning at 8:AM on 9/7) or stop in to Minksy Gym, the Community Center or the Civic Center to register in person.
