Applegate Hot Dogs: “What’s In Your Hot Dog?”

Don’t you love it when healthy tastes YUMMY? That is what the overall consensus was for the Applegate© hot dogs at our Macaroni Kid Summer Fun Party. Applegate hot dogs asks the question, “What’s in your hot dog?” Usually the answer is, “No one really knows!” But Applegate is ready to change that answer to '4 basic ingredients – beef, water, salt, spices'! That’s it! That is all it takes to have a great hot dog. Forget the nitrates except for those in natural sea salt and celery powder. Forget the antibiotics and think about humanely raised and vegetarian grain-fed beef. Applegate hot dogs are also gluten and casein free. Definitely forget the fillers and remember simply four ingredients – beef, water, salt, spices. It’s the “cleaner wiener.”

Each person who taste tested an Applegate hot dog had the overwhelming response that they liked the “all natural ingredients” with no preservatives. They also commented on the fact they finally found a hot dog they felt comfortable feeding their children. (As mother's we love this because hot dogs are one of the main food groups among most young children.)

You can enjoy your Applegate hot dogs on the grill this summer or cook them in the crockpot over high heat for 2 hours or low heat for 4 hours. No water is needed.

So this Memorial Day -- or any other outing this summer when you decide to get the gang back together -- when you're shopping for your favorite party foods at your local area Publix, remember Applegate hot dogs and ask yourself, “What’s in ‘MY’ hot dog?”
