Welcome to all the new readers who are joining us from their visit to our booth at the Treasure Coast Seafood Festival last weekend. It was a lovely day and in spite of the wind, we managed to keep the crafts on the table! One of the best parts of this job is watching the children working on their crafts. MacDad and I are always in awe of how creative children are and it tickles us to no end when the kids love the craft we're offering so much that they have a hard time leaving the booth!

Looks like we got a little lucky with giveaways this month and we are thrilled to be able to bring you another one this week! We have 5 family four packs of tickets to give away to the Our Kids World Family Fun Fest at the South Florida Fairgrounds next weekend (4/25 & 26)! This is going to be a very quick contest, however, so you'll have to act fast if you want to win. And don't forget, the giveaway for the family four pack of tickets to Dinosaur Train: Buddy's Big Adventure at the Kravis Center in West Palm Beach is still open, but not for long. Both of the above-mentioned giveaways end this Sunday (4/19/15) at 11:59 PM.

Other news you'll discover in this week's issue include information about the Van Duzer Foundation's annual One Day To Give initiative; the Save the Chimp Bowl-A-Thon at St. Lucie Lanes; and where you can discover "The Lorax" and do a recycled craft in honor of Earth day. Finally, we're kicking off our Summer Camp Spotlight series this week and we're spotlighting the South Florida Dance Company who is offering campers "a summer full of DANCE and FUN!

Speaking of summer camps, we added a few more this week so keep checking in if you're looking for some great options to keep your kids busy this summer.

That'll do it for this week. Have a fabulous weekend and a wonderful week ahead.
