Free Screening of Hunger Games for Teens

Morningside Library Challenges Teens to Hunger Games Movie October 13th

The Morningside Branch Library invites teens to enjoy a free screening of “The Hunger Games” on Saturday, Oct. 13 at 2PM 

Based on the best-selling novel, “The Hunger Games” is set in a future where the Capitol selects a boy and girl from the 12 districts to fight to the death on live television. The movie features Jennifer Lawrence, Josh Hutcherson and Woody Harrelson. 

This event is designed for teens in grades 6-12. “The Hunger Games” is rated PG-13 with a running time of 142 minutes. Attendees must have proof of age or a permission slip signed by a parent or guardian.
