Meet Winston - Our Macaroni Dog of the Week

My name is Winston and I am a one-year-old retriever/chow mix with a beautiful coat and great manners. I came into the The Humane Society of St. Lucie County as a stray and the nice folks here learned quickly that I sit and shake when they ask. I love treats, have a great disposition and would love to learn even more tricks in your loving care.

Meet Sunset - Our Macaroni Cat of the Week

Florida sunsets are warm, lovely and calm, and so am I! I'm just 2-years-old and have lots of life and love in me. A Domestic longhair mix who is sweet and gentle, you'd be surprised to learn I was a stray. Make me a part of your home today - you won't be disappointed!

You can meet Winston and Sunset by stopping by the Humane Society of Saint Lucie County, 100 Savannah Road in Fort Pierce. They would really love to meet you and be your fur-ever friend!

The Humane Society of St. Lucie County is an open admission, non-profit animal shelter, helping more than 8,000 unwanted pets each year, thanks to the support of donors and volunteers. To adopt, for volunteering opportunities or to donate, contact the shelter at (772) 461-0687 or visit www.hsslc.org.
