New & Improved City Fest!

An expanded City Fest restarts at the Civic Center in June with "Splish Splash End of School Bash"

June 1, 2012

Beginning this month, City Fest will be moving from Friday nights to Saturdays. It will be a bigger and better family event, with extended hours. City Fest will be held monthly on Saturdays from 3 to 9 p.m. (except in those months when the city hosts a large special event at the Civic Center).

City Fest will continue to feature a live band and popular car show and will include the following enhancements:

  • Expanded kids' fun zone with carnival rides whenever feasible
  • More business/craft vendors
  • Performances/exhibitions by community organizations and Civic Center instructors

The first new and improved City Fest, "Splish Splash End of School Bash" will be held on Saturday, June 9 from 3 to 9 p.m. at Martin Health System Village Square.

Admission to City Fest is always free, with plenty of free parking, so gather the family and come out and join in the fun.

2012 dates: Sept. 22, "Latin Heritage Month"; Oct. 13, "Haunted Happenings"

City Fest is held in Martin Health System Village Square, located directly in front of the Port St. Lucie Civic Center, 9221 S.E. Civic Center Place, on the southeast corner of U.S. Highway 1 and Walton Road.
