April 22, 2016
Volunteers of all ages are invited to join in the effort to help Keep Port St. Lucie Beautiful on Saturday, April 23, 2016 at the Annual Cleanup Day. Volunteers will meet at Public Works on the corner of Thornhill Dr. and Bayshore Blvd. for registration and free breakfast. Volunteers will then be transported by bus to several locations throughout the city that are most in need of cleanup.

After the cleanup, volunteers are invited back to Public Works for lunch and lots of fun activities for the whole family including bounce houses, face painting, snow cones, raffle prizes and activities.

The day's schedule is as follows:
  • Registration and breakfast—7:30 AM
  • Buses depart—8:00 AM
  • Lunch and festivities—11:00 AM to 1:00 PM
Volunteering your time shows pride in your community and it's a great way to spend valuable time with your friends and family. This event is also a great opportunity for students to earn volunteer service hours.

Special thanks to Walmart for providing breakfast and raffles prizes, Waste Pro for providing lunch and Papa John’s for providing additional raffle prizes.

Port St. Lucie Public Works is located 450 S.W. Thornhill Drive.
