Greetings Macaroni families -
In this week's issue you'll read about the special 9/11 Remembrance Service happening at the PSL Civic Center on September 11th, and get info about the Swamp Tales storytime at the Oxbow. We'll tell you about the Movie Matinee at Fort Pierce Library and the new Crazy 8 Math Club coming to Lakewood Park and Port St. Lucie Libraries. You'll learn about the National Park Foundation's support of "Every Kid In A Park, and discover the September programs at the PGA Center for Golf Learning and Performance. I'll share my review of my wonderful trip to Hawk's Cay Resort last weekend, and if you're in the mood for a chuckle, Mac Dad's column ponders the makings of our super-techno washing machine,.
We're off for a long holiday weekend to spend some time with our Ocala/Gainesville family and college-student daughter who just returned home from a summer internship in New Mexico! We haven't seen her in quite some time and MiniMac is excited to give her big sis a ginormous bear hug!
